Bora-Care Warranty Registration

The Bora-Care Warranty online system is being rebuilt and currently has limited functionality. The system currently cannot send emails which creates the following conditions:

Company

  • If you have already registered your company and you have your log-in information you can continue to register homes but you will not receive emailed home certificates.
  • If you have NOT registered your company please follow the steps below.

Password

  • If you do NOT have your password it cannot be reset and you must register homes using the forms below.

Technician

  • If your technician is in the system you can register homes online
  • You cannot add new technicians in the online system so you will have to follow steps 2 and 3 below to register homes with new technicians

Homes

  • If you have your log-in information you can continue to register homes but you will not receive emailed home certificates.
  • We can email you certificates if you let us know that you need them. Email the request to info@nisuscorp.com and add the subject line BC Warranty Home Certificates and let us know what homes you have registered.
  • If you do not have your log-in information use step 3 to register the homes and email to Info@nisuscorp.com and we will send you certificates.

Steps for registering

Step 1: Complete and sign the Bora-Care Warranty agreement and email a picture or scan of the document to info@nisuscorp.com and we will send back a company certificate.

Step 2: Have a technician take the technician test and email that to info@nisuscorp.com – we will grade the test and if the technician passes we will  email you a technician certificate.

Step 3: Your company can then register homes by filling out the Home Registration Form and emailing to info@nisuscorp.com .  You should save each completed form with the address/city/state in the file name. Once we receive the form we will email a Home registration certificate.

Same with Annual Inspection form.

It is a good idea to keep the original forms and always save with a different name so you can reuse the original.
